Oil Mist Filtration-OvguExtra

OvguExtra is used to eliminate oil vapors formed in machines working with emulsions diluted with oil and water. Particles are condensed by gravity and air channels and returned to the collection tank. Air and small particles continuing on their way upwards are cleaned by 99.97% with the H13 class HEPA filter. The cleaned air is returned to the working environment.

The mixing of oil vapors originating from cooling fluids used in CNC machines into the air threatens the health of employees. Oil vapors and aerosols can cause serious health problems in the respiratory tracts of workers.

OvguExtra improves the air quality in the workplace by collecting these particles. Accumulation of oil vapors on machines can negatively affect the performance of the machines. Release of oil vapors into the air can lead to environmental pollution. Oil vapors accumulated around machines and in the working area increase the need for cleaning and maintenance.

Oil vapors easily reach all risky areas such as electrical panels, circuit boards, cable channels, etc. It can create a fire risk, especially in environments where high temperatures are worked. Fire risk is minimized with the OvguExtra oil mist collector.

 HEPA FILTER
  • It provides maximum filtration with low pressure loss and low energy consumption. It allows to reach a high filtration level of up to 99.97%.
 INTERNAL FILTER
  • Redesigned to increase filtration efficiency for the smallest particles. The tested internal materials have passed compatibility tests with many types of oils and emulsions.

 CENTRIFUGAL FILTER

  • The combination of turbine centrifugal action and filter set ensures high filtration. Ovgu Extra filters last longer than most common centrifugal and static filters on the market.

Spark and Particle Pre-Filter (Optional Product)
