Oiljet-M is a mobile oil mist unit. It is used to eliminate oil mist formed in machines working with emulsions diluted with oil and water. Particles are condensed by gravity and air channels and sent back to the collection tank. Air and small particles continuing on their way upwards are cleaned by 99.97% with H13 class HEPA filter. Cleaned air is returned to the working environment. It is especially used in non-closed, open-top systems.

Accumulation of oil mist on machines can negatively affect the performance of the machines. Release of oil mist into the air can cause environmental pollution. Oil mist accumulating around machines and in the working area increases the need for cleaning and maintenance. Oil mist easily reaches all risky areas such as electrical panels, circuit boards, cable ducts, etc. It can create a fire risk especially in environments where high temperatures are worked.
