FLIO was founded in 2022 with the slogan "Protect the world, secure the future" by two partners who have been trading in the sector for more than 20 years. Our company officials, who bring and sell imported products, started production by saying why these products should not be produced in our country.

Our company's field of activity is grouped under 3 headings:

• Air filtration (our Övgü, Oiljet, Airjet and Vaccum2 models): Environmentally friendly devices that eliminate the oil and emission vapor generated during production in machining machines and ensure their recycling at a certain rate. It also consists of devices that filter smoke, fog and particles formed in welding and plasma/laser cutting machines. Our valuable and young engineer friend Övgü Odabaşı, who worked in our R&D department, passed away suddenly in December 2022. Since he has put in a lot of effort, we named one of our models "ÖVGÜ" and wanted him to live up to his name.
• Liquid filtration (our Minibelt, Minidisk and Vaccum1 models): These are environmentally friendly devices that ensure the cleaning of tanks in machining machines and the separation of harmful residues.
• Special projects: In this section, special projects such as central ventilation and central bench feeding (dosing) that the company needs, in line with the demands from our customers, are included. Among the projects specially designed by our technical team for the company are our forging line mold release oil dosing and distribution systems in NORM CİVATA (Manisa) and AYD OTOMOTİV (Konya). In addition, the models whose R&D processes were completed were tested in companies in our Konya industry, especially those producing automotive spare parts. Mass production of our products, which were found to be successful in the tests, has started.

The first product of our company is our belt type oil skimmer model named Minibelt. It is used to separate excess oils from the used emulsion accumulated in the chamber in CNC machining machines. Our 220V electrical device can be easily connected to the machine without requiring any extra connection. It has the feature of separating 5 liters of oil per hour. It is available in our time-adjusted model and can operate in time zones that the operator can easily set.

The most sensitive issue of our founders is to provide quality service to our customers. We want to prevent imported products and do things that are beneficial to our country. With the decision taken on the day of its establishment, applications were made for the necessary ISO, CE and TSE certificates. Our ISO9001 quality certificate has been received and the processes for other certificates are ongoing.

FLIO carries out R&D innovation projects meticulously with its young and dynamic engineer staff. Our goal is to make a certain turnover in the world market in the first 3 years and to export 60% of the production in the first 10 years. Our products comply with the provisions of the occupational health and safety instructions. It eliminates the risk of occupational diseases. The use of oil-based coolants in companies may threaten workers' health. The devices we produce reduce and eliminate these damages and protect worker health. Companies not only fulfill their legal obligations, but also gain the satisfaction of their workers by providing a workable environment.

The life of the coolant oils used in machining machines increases with the machines we produce. Therefore, the amount of oil left as waste in the environment is reduced. In addition, oil particles also affect machine performance. By drawing the oil vapor out of the machine, particles and fog are removed from the environment, helping to cool the environment. In machines that do not overheat, cutter tip life and oil consumption are also reduced. Businesses that use our products due to these contributions increase their competitiveness, both in terms of costs and with the enjoyment of their employees.

As the Flio team, we continue R&D innovation projects with our young, dynamic and exciting engineer staff. We want to be beneficial to our country by producing devices that comply with zero carbon and occupational health regulations, which have become mandatory today. We aim to bring foreign currency to our country by preventing imports and focusing on exports.
